Zhang Wenwen, member of the Party group and deputy director of Guangdong market supervision bureau (Intellectual Property Office), ran Qingkun, member of the Party group and deputy director of Qinghai market supervision bureau, and Jiang Wuzhen, President of the school of law (intellectual property school) of South China University of technology, attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches respectively. More than 60 intellectual property managers from the market supervision departments of cities, prefectures and counties in the province, relevant departments of provincial bureaus and park branches participated in the training.

He asked the trainees to unify their thinking, raise awareness and enhance their sense of responsibility and mission during the training.   Second, we should apply learning and combine learning with application to ensure the effectiveness of training. The training course will last for one week from May 17 to May 21.   And arrange students to conduct on-site practical teaching in the patent examination cooperation center of the Patent Office of the State Intellectual Property Office and other places. This training will improve the theoretical literacy, practical work ability and professional level of intellectual property administrative personnel in Qinghai Province.

On the morning of May 20, Yang Yonggang, President of Beijing geographical indication industry association, gave a lecture on the topic of "protection of geographical indications and special signs".
